Because Fully Stella Solutions LLC provides free samples/previews prior to purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to review the sample data carefully to ensure the product meets your needs before buying.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified after checkout due to the immediate availability of digital goods.

Limited Exceptions

While refunds are not offered, contact us within 7 days if any of the following occur and we will investigate and make it right (e.g., replacement download or access fix):

• Non-delivery/access issues (e.g., download link failure).

• Duplicate charges caused by a payment processing error.

• Unauthorized transaction (evidence may be required).

Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve any access or billing issues. Unresolved chargebacks on delivered products may result in account suspension.
